the food is always good, but the service is always terrible. the workers are always rude and my order is wrong or im missing items 95% of the time and when u tell the workers theyre always a bit passive aggressive.
Customer service kinda sucked. I kept trying to get the employees' attention, but they all just saw me and looked away. The manager even gave us the stink eye, when all we asked for was if we could have some ketchup.

The service is always slow at this one. I only go there during off times because the line backs up so badly during peak times. It's ok though, there are several other choices in a 3 block radius.
