The food was good but they had a substitute employee in working and she did not know where the plastic glasses were. We asked if we could have water in a paper cup and she said no. That would be $2.15 if we used a paper cup. She should have given us a cup for our water since it was her fault she did not know where the free plastic cups were and she did not want to look. She had the time because they were not busy.
This Subway is a really good place overall. I do have a few gripes about it and it's that the location is somewhat inconvenient. There is one entrance along Ferguson/495 that is just a foot past the intersection and another on the Northbound frontage road (Cage Blvd). That, and the Meatball Marinara here lack a little marinara. Other than that, pretty okay place.
