Almost every time we visit Dallas we go to Aki sushi. The food is always good. Admittedly on this day we made it there at 2:40 p.m. and even though Google says they're open till 5:00 they close at 3:00 and reopen at 5:00 p.m. they chose to serve us.Now what they didn't tell us at the time was that we what we ordered the first time was all we were going to get. But that became apparent when they didn't bring back the order form and she brought our receipt. Don't get me wrong two sushi rolls was plenty per person. But we usually like to take home a little bit for dinner as well. It is that good.However the service has never been great. They give you little glasses and they don't check on you frequently. And this is that way no matter what time of the day you come in. And it has happened throughout the years that we have been coming to this restaurant.But if you haven't been there and just want to check it out during the day they have buy one get one on select sushi items. And as I have said earlier it is delicious.Vegetarian options: They have a selection of items where you can elect not to eat meatParking: The parking is in one of those little Mall areas so there may be parking in front of the restaurant but if not there's parking a little further away.Wheelchair accessibility: And yes there is handicap parking right in front of the door.

Great BOGO sushi place. Our go to place. Family owned. Love the staff. Been here for many many times. Ordered Dragon roll, snow roll, roll box and salmon bento.

I have been going here for close to 10 years now. I have fond memories of coming here after school and splitting a BOGO order with friends. Whether for take out or dine in, the staff have always been very friendly. This is a fantastic place to come when you want a quick and casual meal that is also very affordable. I highly recommend the aki roll or any of their bento boxes.

One of the weirdest experiences I've had eating out, they staff seemed genuinely annoyed we were here. They never asked if we would like a drink or came back for our order had to flag them down (We we're the only two people in the restaurant). Elderly lady stared at me for a solid 30 minutes while we are with a scowl on her face.Salmon sashimi was still frozen when served, and quality was sub par across the board. Never got chopsticks only a fork, guess I didn't look the part...

I adore this place, easily my favorite sushi restaurant! Absolutely take advantage of the buy one get one free sushi deal from 11a-6p! I've dined in and ordered takeout both with excellent experiences. The service is nice and welcoming and the to-gos are always packaged wonderfully. My favorite is the Crawfish Volcano and Snow Roll because I love their shellfish items. Portion sizes are also very generous, a welcome surprise for sushi. It genuinely feels like I'm robbing them with how much I go and order doubles of everything during their buy one get one free hours. For the excellent flavor and quantity of food, I'm baffled it doesn't cost more. Cannot recommend enough if you've got a hankering for sushi.

Great sushi at a very reasonable price. I particularly like that rolls have smaller rice-to-fish ratio than what I've seen at other places: you definitely get more fish and less rice. Thank you! Service was efficient and friendly. Will definitely return.

My boys and I love this place! They have a variety of rolls, the fish is always fresh, and delicious! Some reviews say the rolls are small, but they are not. They cut them in 12 pieces instead of 8. We highly recommend.
Beautiful place and interior, but the rolls were just “ok” and there weren’t anything to write home about.The Salmon sashimi was also kept extra cold.The Gyudon I had was pretty good though.
