This place used to be much better, but has not been the same since COVID. They’ve lost most of their staff and customers. I was there last night and there were hardly any customersI had fajitas. They were almost flavorless except the excessive salt. I was surprised to find more squash on the plate than meat and chicken. I like squash but it was way too much. Table side guacamole was not good either

I was here on 9/29 after 5pmI would to say that the food was very good and the services was great. The waiter and greeter treated me so kindly. I was alone but they was so attentive to me. So I didn't feel alone while I enjoyed this great food and drink. I wish I could give you a 10+plus.

Food was tasty enough but not spectacular. The tropical fruit salad was good. Chips were a little heavy with oil. Beef fajita meat was tough but tasted okay. Not bad just average. I would probably come again just to try something else.

I so wanted to have another great meal at Anamias Tex Mex, alas it wasn't to be. My husband and I were seated rather quickly, served chips and salsa immediately and things went downhill from there. No serving utensils or small plates appeared, we weren't even acknowledged for 15 minutes while the 3 surrounding tables had drinks refilled, dishes removed and leftovers packaged to go. The salsa is pretty spicy, water at the very least would've been appreciated, again we weren't even acknowledged and the restaurant was not busy at all, probably a third of the tables occupied by patrons who apparently were enjoying their meals. After 15 minutes we left $2.00 for the few chips we ate and went to another local restaurant down the street. So disappointed.

Maybe it was a bad night...we have had great dining experiences here in the past. The service was good, but the food was average. We both got Javier enchiladas. The chicken was tough and dry. I thought maybe it was left over from another day. We went here because our all-time fave (El Norte) has gone downhill with the retirement of original owners. Soooo...I will resume my search for a new favorite TexMex. Anamia's isn't it. ?

My friend and I went to have dinner here. I had never been. I liked the food and service. I ordered enchiladas verdes with beans. I gave the restaurant a 4 for the atmosphere. I think it should be brighter and more fun. The atmosphere was dark and the light was dim.

Stopped in for Halloween night dinner. Food was ok. Drinks were better. Service was good. Would visit again!

Service is always just okay. Good in never very good. Drinks are pretty good. Only coming here for a drink with a client and only because the location is convenient. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have no other options. The fajita salad has no seasoning, just cut lettuce and some cheese on top with a few thin, overcooked slices of beef.

Always excellent food. The tableside guacamole is the best. I usually get the chicken enchiladas, which are amazing, but this time I also got their much raved about brisket taco....WOW!

Food was absolutely amazing! However, the service definitely needs work... as someone who works in the industry, it takes a lot for me to write a negative review. We were greeted to an empty host stand, and when the hostess walked around the corner she sort of just stood there and waited for me to tell her how many. She then proceeded to tell me the wait but I had to ask her to repeat herself because I couldn't understand her with the food in her mouth. As a hungry guest, I'd like to not be greeted by an employee who's priority is eating on the clock. We waited 15 minutes and she approached us and said "you can follow me now." She sat us at a wet table with the check from the previous guests still sitting there, and walked off. I had to move the checkbook myself. It took at least 10 minutes for us to be greeted by our server, he was very very friendly but made maybe two appearances the whole night. We had to ask another server for the refills and chips we had previously asked our own server for because he had forgotten and never came back. When we told the other server what we needed after he approached us and asked if we were okay, he looked annoyed that we weren't taken care of and that he had to tend to us himself. As a server, I just can't wrap my mind around it, because it wasn't even that busy, we were surrounded by empty tables. Overall, yes the food and drinks were great. But I'll probably order them to go next time to avoid slow, inattentive, and careless service.

Good food. Slow service. Very nice service. Worst problem was the LOUD incessant phone ringing non stop!

Everything was delicious! Everyone in the party had clean plates because we ate every morsel. I highly recommend.

Great Mexican food, especially the "made at your table"guacamole. I like their chicken enchiladas, and my husband gets they chicken fajitas.

The atmosphere was beautiful. When we arrived, we had to stand around and wait for the hostess to return to the front desk. I highly recommend the Juanita and beef fajitas on the grill. Most of the items in the Tex Mex section of the menu is a cheesy mess and contain various combinations of the same ingredients. I would say my experience was ok.
