I just recently moved to the area and Being a West Philly girl myself I was excited to see an “authentic” Philly cheesesteak spot. We decided today to go and get a little taste of home. Needless to say we were very disappointed. I ordered the chicken cheesesteak and there was very little chicken on my sandwich and for over $7 I shouldn’t have to pay for extra meat. And let me not forget the piece of paper that was in my sandwich. Not sure if Big Tony got lazy with his training or if it’s just that you can’t teach a Texan how to make a REAL PHILLY CHEESESTEAK. I wouldn’t go home to Philly and expect real Texas barbecue. Unfortunately I won’t be going back. And yes that’s how my bread was ripped when I opened it.

I'll start by saying we are new to texas from PHILADELPHIA, born and raised. I know this isn't Philly so I'm not expecting what I would get back home. Ok here we go........ I ordered a large cheesesteak and my wife had a regular chicken cheesesteak. There wasn't a big difference between the large and the regular. Both sandwiches had more onions on them than meat. The icing on the cake was the piece of paper that was mixed in with the chicken on my wife's steak. Needless to say we will not be going back. No offense to the people who gave this business good reviews, but you obviously have not had a authentic Philly cheesesteak. And if your from Philly you haven't had one since you left. This wasn't even close to what a good Philly cheesesteak should be. It like me opening a Texas barbecue spot in Philly and serving a dry Brisket to a Texan. Just plain old disrespectful. Lol

Not bad but not impressive either. Service was friendly and adequately prompt. Dining area and men's room were clean, bright, and comfortable. My cheesesteak seemed a little overcooked and dry, but plenty of sauce was available. Bread was fresh and soft, but only half filled, so I would definitely order double meat next time, even though I rarely order extra meat anywhere else. Good variety of options on the menu.

Mr Tony is Proud if his Delicious Philly Cheese Steaks and Good they are, but...the shrimp and fish along with the fried could give Long John Silver the run for their money, the foods are made to order and steaming hot and fresh.

Bug Tony's has incredible Philly cheesesteaks. I got the #4, extra meat extra cheese. It's one of the best cheesesteaks I've ever had.

The biggest joke is looking at how they thank the good reviews and dismiss the reviews pointing out the bad customer service. That should have been a big red flag. Trust those reviews.

Fantastic cheesteak. I recommend the number 15. The fries are insane as well and the staff are very helpful. This place is worth coming back to.
Food was good. Had the veggie philly with mushrooms. Tay was super nice!

Hands down the best Philly Cheesesteak I've ever had, and I'm from the northeast, so I should know . The dude is from Philly and gets his bread shipped fresh and never frozen. Hes got ribeye AND sirloin. Seriously cant be [email protected] go in there not at peak hours and stop being a first world brat

The problem with this place is the staff. Very rude and consider you an unpleasant task to deal with. I was 5 seconds into my order when the cashier cut me off and told me to hold on while he took a customer's order behind me since they ordered take out. No big deal I guess, but I ordered in less than 1 minute. When my order was finally ready, they yelled it out and held my sandwich out with one hand while he was turned around talking to another staff. Didn't even bother looking at me or saying anything. They three ignored not me but all the customers and treated us like trash. Not returning!

This place is great. Probably the best cheesesteak in Plano. Although they don’t give as much meat as their competitors, I feel the quality and taste overall is much better. Their cheesesteak has a bit more tooth to it, and the beef has a fresher taste. They also have a delicious tangy sauce, and their portions are great. They also have a large menu so if cheesesteak isn’t your thing you can get fried fish or burgers. I will certainly be back.
