My coworkers and I like to go here for lunch. We enjoy the chicken tikka masala. However, the last few times I've been here the chicken is tough and hard to chew. I broke a plastic fork trying to cut it. I asked the person at the register if we can ensure the chicken is fresh and not tough. He said no one else has conplained and they won't change the way it is. The sauce and rice are delicious but the chicken is awful. I was not a fan of the Chicken Biryani Bowl that I tried. While the food had colors that reminded me of Biryanis of the past, it lacked flavor, depth, and complexity, all the things that make up Indian food. The staff was nice and it did not take long to get my food, which is a good thing. Because of its location inside Legacy Hall, the atmosphere is great. Blist'r itself does not have any discernible atmosphere but does have lackluster food.
