Charlotte made me the most amazing bowl I have ever had. Her customer service was on point. And the line was fully stocked, which is shocking. They are usually out of something.Now on to an issue that has nothing yo do w charlotte.Today rice was perfect, half of the time its crunchy.The drink machine has been broken for months. So my next option is sweet tea. However there is absolutely nothing sweet about it. I paid for a drink and ended up w water.

After a long day of working, me and my business partner showed up to the restaurant at 9:55pm hungry and tired, 10mins till close, Sole really looked out, she told us she would take care of us and got us our order and gave us phenomenal customer service.
