We almost didn't go because the cafe's name. They only sell drinks and xiao chi (小吃), Chinese hor d'oeuvres. We opted for a grass jelly milk tea, it was really good. The setting is modern and relaxing. I found the restroom to be clean.
WOW! This place was SO good. It reminds me of my favorite Taiwanese shaved ice place in Taiwan called Ice Monster!! The texture of the ice was spot on- very smooth and the ice was silky and not super sweet. They added some condensed milk to make it sweeter at the top . You get to choose 2 toppings with the shaved ice. The portion was a bit smaller than expected for the price, but the taste and texture was perfect! I would definitely go back.

The atmosphere of this store almost throws me back into the same feeling of Taiwan! From their varying menu of different drinks to the authentic Taiwan street foods, this location brings me the nostalgia and familiarity I crave for only a couple miles away!
