Went to the drive thru on my way home for work, did not get everything I ordered. When I called they asked if I wanted to come back or get at another time. It was supposed to be our dinner since I had worked late. I had to go back to pick up what they forgot to put in my order- didn't even get am apology from the window people. RUDE. If I go back to this location, you can bet I will check the bag to make sure I have everything I ordered.

Good food Fast and nice service In and Out soo Quick! my ONLY Complaint is them going up on the price and Changing The Size and amount of the the item...I understand inflation happens but when that happens I want to get the same stuff I've always gotten the amount the size don't go up on my price and give me less that's literally my only complaint and that's not just what Chick-fil-A That's what a lot of places. They give me you less nuggets and the price is went up and on the shakes they're giving you less shake then you could have gotten in the past and it cost more irritated.

I usually love and prefer this store to the one closest to me in The Colony. This morning I spent 30 minutes attempting to place an order for breakfast through the Chick-fil-A app and even attempted through Door Dash but kept receiving an error message through the app.So I called the store and spoke with the manager on duty at 10:19am. This manager only said that he will report the issue to IT. So I ask if there was anything that could be done to make an exception to get a breakfast order delivered to me because I am currently working at my job and cannot leave to pick it up. He refused and said the store only does deliveries for orders $400+. Which I assume is for catering. But I am not wanting a catered order nor am I trying to spend $400 for a simple breakfast. I asked if anything can be done because it's not my fault nor my problem your app is not working. He says he can put an order in for me to pick it up even though I had literally just said I am currently working and cannot drive to the storeThis also isn't the 1st time I've had issues with your app!

I was very welcome upon my entrance and the total experience was perfect. The food was hot and fresh!
With so many locations in Collin County and other food choices hard to get back here but we did. Last here in 2020. Especially for their seasonal soup (see photo). A number of families for lunch especially grandparents babysitting. Nice. Great service and food as always. Very consistent across all the stores.
