I visited on 1/4/24 and my bowl was watered down and non-appealing. I took it back to Chipotle and the Cashier was rude and I told her I couldn’t eat it. She recommended that I speak to the manager. So, I did. The manager was nice and she explained why my bowl was soupy. So, she re-made it and it was so much better..Thanks to the Manager for making it right!
This has happened a few times. I order through the app and they call DoorDash. DoorDash driver say they delivered the food and they didn’t. It’s so difficult to reach Chipotle when this happens and DoorDash always refer back to them. It’s so frustrating because it typically happens when I’m the most hungry.
