We were greeted by this sign, and it was all downhill from here. We've visited this location many times and this visit was the worst ever. There were several people working this day, none of whom appeared to really care about their job. I could give more specifics, but it would be too detailed. This location also sees a lot of students as school let's out so we try to avoid this location between 3 and 5, but now we'll avoid this location altogether. Service is not like it used to be food was great but their pizza variety is not like it used to be. Very clean although customer service not that great. Hope it gets close to what it used to be before.

We are huge CIcis pizza lovers. This is one of the worst locations. The staff is all over the place and I put in an order and they totally forgot until I came to them twice to order.
