Used to be my favorite place to get a burger. Third time i have lost either all the money and just throw it away or loose tips and fees if request refund. We always order bun on the side because if not it comes soggy. It's hit or miss if they read the ticket. But this time ordered side of chili not related to burger. We get bun on and chili on the burger so bun feels like it was in water.Will not order here again. If not I'm a fool to keep loosing money, like rolling dice ordering here.

The Service was great,the food came really quick ! My Burger was not too warm ,the pattie was a bit cold . I ordered a Kids meal because I wasn't as hungry . Plus the Cheese Fries,with bacon . Food is okay ,a little over priced . Fries were tasty but not warm and not crispy . My Daughter sits in a high Chair,they were extremely dirty . Luckily I had Sanitizing wipes in my purse . Doesn't look clean inside. Not sure if I would go back .

The best burger I’ve had in Plano. They’ve been in business since 1973. And, you’d have to try it yourself to agree. They don’t just slop throw your burger together and it’s so tasty.
