Had your beef and onion dumplings and Dan Dan Noodles at the Southlake Chinese New Year Celebration today, 1000% worth the wait!! Absolutely delicious! The noodles were fantastic, great fresh flavors. And the team was working so hard, great family effort! I don’t know when I’ll be in Plano, but I will definitely stop there next time I am!

This place should not be confused with the Dumpling House in Frisco which is a great restaurant. This place had burnt food, service was slow and the place was filthy. The seating in the booth had all kinds of food in the crevises. The pan fried dumplings were super greasy. They looked like soup dumplings there was so much grease on the plate. Their menu said the restaurant was Willow and Pine Dumpling House but they come up under Dumpling House. The sign on the outside looks like the dumpling house in Frisco. Recommend staying away and go else where.

We had the squid appetizer, soup dumplings, pork and cabbage fried dumplings, braized beef soup, chive pancakes and the black bean chicken. There were several of us and plenty to serve everyone and it was all good. I wasn't a big fan of the soup, but it was still OK. They have a nice variety of vegetable options. I would have liked a little cleaner space, but all in all, we enjoyed it.

Food quality has diminished greatly. Use to be the go to spot for Chinese in the area.
This is my 2 time coming here to eat and ive had the worst experience. Waiters kept passing me and my sister for 2 hours , never took my order or checked if we were ready. My sisters food even got cold from us waiting for someone to attend me. To top is off the old lady with short hair got upset because we did not leave her or them a tip? How are you going to demand a tip from me when the customer service was horrible. I felt harassed by her , and disrespected. I would of left a tip if the customer service was good which was horrible i am never coming here again. And i hope no one does too, unless yall wanna get harassed for not leaving a tip.
Been going here for a while. The food is always great. The service is touch and go. It seems like they are under new ownership recently and the service was not great. Appetizer came out with the entree, we had to ask for napkins because they weren't giving them to anyone.

Wait for 30min to get water and begin to order. The noodle was overcooked and dumplings were too salty. The restaurant was very dirty and the floor was sticky. Even so I gave 18% tips after tax. The most ridiculous thing was, they CHARGED my credit card TWICE and refused to refund.
Beyond expectations! Had dumplings and pot stickers. Good volume and high quality!!Yep - I’ll come back.
