The service and atmosphere were excellent! Although I enjoyed most of their food, the fatty tuna and salmon were *way* too fishy and fatty for me. I usually enjoy the fatty parts, but after chewing it more and more, I disliked it a lot. I couldn't eat the rest because it was too much. However, their fried eel and seared salmon were very good! They have amazing rice!! I wish I had ordered just a bowl of rice because it was so good.

Oh my goodness this place is a gem! All the food we ordered was amazing and our waiter Danny gave a wonderful overview of the menu. You could tell how passionate he was about the food and all his recommendations were stellar. Atmosphere was also very elegant and cozy. I can't wait to come back here again and discover more of the amazing items on the menu!

My husband and I went to Ebesu for our anniversary dinner and had a wonderful experience. The service was spot-on, and the ambiance was very pleasant. We had the Ebesu Signature Course as well as a few additional dishes. The fried brussels sprouts and red bliss potatoes were fantastic! I had to dig deep to find the will power to not eat them all! The A5 Wagyu Hot Rock (part of the Signature Course menu) was phenomenal!! So tender, so flavorful, just perfect. And the special sauces that go with it were magical. We ordered the Black Cod Miso Yaki and loved it as well. Then there's the sushi... Yum, yum, yum. Very fresh, incredible cuts, just perfect. We definitely recommend Ebesu for a special occasion, or for any night out.

Ebesu is AMAZING. I went here for my birthday on a Sunday night. We ordered a shumai starter, shrimp tempura, 3 rolls (rainbow, yuzu hama, and softshell crab), 3 orders of nigiri (unagi, sake Toro, chu-toro), the blue fin tuna sampler, and 2 desserts (matcha tiramisu, and poached pear). Everything was so so so good. The yuzu hama roll is so unique and delicious. The sake Toro was by far and away the best thing I had. It was so silky and melt in your mouth delicious. The desserts were also great, I was brought out a cheesecake dessert for my birthday and it was delicious. By far my favorite sushi spot, I can't wait to come back. We did end up waiting a bit for our order to be taken and for food/drinks to come out. But it was very crowded so this is to be expected.Dietary restrictions: Every dish is labeled with allergens. These are color coded on the menu.Kid-friendliness: There were lots of families here with kids of all ages.

This was our first visit. It was my wife's birthday. The food was excellent. My wife had an Negroni made with plum wine which was surprisingly good. I had an Asahi beer on tap. We had the Toro Tartare and Shuami for the appetizer. Both were excellent with the Toro being my favorite. We also had a spicy tuna role, unagi Nigri, yellow fin sashimi and my favorite, the Black Cod Miso Yaki. We ended our meal with a Hatozaki Whiskey and Plum Wine spritzer type drink. They even surprised my wife with a slice of cheese cake for her bday. We will definitely return. Our service was excellent. The entire staff was very hospitable.
Place was super cute and service was great. Think they also had a back room that can hold larger parties. The fish salad was very yummy but the nigiri pieces were just ok. I would go back for the entree type foods or rolls but if you’re going for fish quality there’s definitely better places at that price point!

We went there attracted by the good reviews, indeed it was disappointing. The food is ok but nothing specials, the service was expéditive. All the food came at the same time which was a waste. We had cold and hot dishes mixed, maybe to pushed us out faster. The place is extremely noisy, I won t recement it, it s no more than a mall Japanese restaurant chain type of food...extremely disapointing

No complaints as always. We’ve made it a tradition to come here for my wife’s birthday every year and we are satisfied every time. We usually make a reservation online, and are seated immediately upon arrival. The food is excellent and the fish always tastes fresh. Great drinks. Cozy atmosphere. The service is always very attentive and friendly. Sometimes the kitchen may get backed up when the restaurant is busy, it has never taken away from the wonderful experience for us though.Kid-friendliness: High chairs
