I love Einsteins Bagels but this location was a little off. The staff was amazing and the store was very clean but the bagels were very flat and not as fluffy as other locations I’ve been. Additionally, the eggs and bacon didn’t taste very fresh. I wasn’t able to finish my bagel but maybe I just went on a bad day.
I have worked in the retail and restaurant industry. It is human nature to make mistakes...but it's how problems are handled and resolved that matters. The manager Sean or Shawn (sp?) was quick to personally help me & went above and beyond. He was sincerely apologetic and gave me options to resolve. Delicious bagels! I asked for extra cream cheese and, my word, did they do just that! I also had the chia tea latte that was sweet and delicious! Highly recommend this place! Service was also very good and fast.
