I LOVE Fireside Pies, and I'm so glad there's a local location. To be clear, this is a pizza review - since, you know, pizza pies and all - and I cannot speak to other food items. We came for lunch on a Friday and they weren't crowded, so service was excellent as it should have been. Note that they are NOT open for lunch everyday! Funny, but I'm not 100% sure I remember which pie I ordered - just that it was perfect. Lulz. I'm pretty sure it was the BBQ chicken. Whatever it was, I had to stop myself from eating the entire freakin pizza. It was a battle for sure. My glass never ran dry and the weather made the patio super pleasant. It's a bit of a pricey pie, but when it's deliciously memorable - and when you could have more leftovers if you have more self control than me - I say it's worth it.

Was looking forward to meeting friend here today for lunch, but showed up and doors were locked and nothing posted on door saying they were closed. Hours on their sign reflected they were to be open. Very disappointed!

We used to love Fireside Pies, but the quality has really dropped in the past 6 months. The ingredients aren't as great as they used to be, particularly the cheese seems to have slid down hill. The finished products aren't as great either, and some menu items that were amazing have dropped. It's in a funk right now, but I do hope to see them climb back to the top of my list for local pizza.

We live across the street and decided to come check this place out. The food was SO GOOD! Literally the best pizza I've ever had and I love a cold beer. There's really not much more I can say bout it, the food was hot and good and beer was cold and fast. Now... one star off for the ambiance and vibe. We were the only people there for hours. It was quiet, servers were just kind of standing around. I have a thought on this- I think it's the vibe, it's confusing- what is this place? Is it a more casual fine dining or a basic pizzeria? The dining room says steak house furniture while the bar is an upscale beauty. The service is great but very casual and everyone's in T-shirt's. You're in Plano West area where there is a ton of competition, but the food is delicious and the drinks are great. It would be awesome if the front patio was covered as I'm sure more people would sit there. We really enjoyed and will be back for sure!

Came in on a whim for brunch on a Sunday. Happy we did! Our son, a pizza lover who eats pizza almost everyday, absolutely loved the margherita pizza. The crust was nice and light! Perfect for brunch or a light snack. Also had the chicken and waffles. The server offered a sampling of all their syrup flavors ... the peanut butter syrup was yummy. We will definitely come back and try the other dishes on the menu.
I'm so sad, this used to be one of my favs! This experience may have ruined it forever for me. The food just wasn't what it used to be, my son wouldn't even eat the spaghetti.

This used to be my favorite restaurant. I have to eat gluten free and they had so many options. They still have a gluten free pizza. Sadly they no longer make their amazing gluten free desserts! It just isn’t the same anymore.

Why anyone likes this overpriced Ragu is beyond me. The pappedella noodles are not papadella noodles. They were thick, chewy and hard. The sauce was greasy and watered down. You barely got any food. Like a kids meal but priced adult The bibb salad was okay but it was a $7 not a $15 salad. I've never liked this place but once in a whine I give them a chance with much regret but this time was the worst!! Waste of money plus I'm sick feeling from the grease. BTW I remade the pasta because it was so gross.
