Poor parking, no flavor, salt and pepper grinders are not being refilled so you can't flavor your own food, ice coffee was not good, potatoes are cut uneven so each bite is either burn or half raw. Very small portions to some things, food came out at different times and still cold, they sat us with a highchair in a booth. We got to be there for the waffle delivery ?

The moment we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly and attentive wait staff, who made us feel right at home.We had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with the General Manager, Myriam Reyes, who was incredibly sweet and genuine. Her dedication to customer satisfaction was evident, and it truly added a personal touch to our visit.Our waitress, Deya, was outstanding. She was attentive to our needs throughout the meal, ensuring that we had everything we needed and providing excellent service. This location is going down hill fast! If you can go to another location (like Richardson)I recommend you go elsewhere. I came in and stood in line waiting to be seated. There were two men in front of me. No one was in here to greet us. No one was on the floor at all. One of the men got upset and walked out and then the other had to walk back into the kitchen to get someone’s attention. When the man was successful there were two employees that come out of the back and asked if we were doing okay and if we needed help. The one guy just wanted to pay! I turned around and walked out because they were looking at me with a blank stare. They service today was non existent so I left. Find another location.
I really enjoyed my experience at First Watch. Hernandez took great care of me and respected the pace I wanted to eat at. He made great suggestions and politely refilled my drinks when I was focused elsewhere. Try the seasonal Blackberry Lemon French toast. It was crazy good!

It was our first time trying First Watch and Christine was our server. Although it was packed, we were seated immediately. The food and service was so quick even though it was busy. The food was great. We tried the smoked salmon Benedict and the biscuits and gravy, both were perfect. Christine was very friendly and attentive. I mentioned I was pregnant and starving so while we were waiting for our food, she brought me toast, jam and fruit. We’ll definitely be back!

Food was ok, We ordered million dollar bacon on the side and it never came out with our order, some other guest arrived and was seated after us but some how they received bacon before even ordering there food. I think he accidentally gave away our food so we had to wait for another order, so I had to stop eating and wait for my bacon so I can enjoy it with my omelet. All food should come out together.The service sucked, our waiter was ok but forgetful. No one really seem friendly or welcoming. We won't be back. I rather eat at home and save my money.
