Everything was good.. the check in process was smooth, food was tasty.. although the chicken was okish, i enjoyed the karage chk and noodles.. The only bad part about the entire experience was I was given a plastic fork rather than steel one... and the server said that there are not available..

My son loves coming here every year for his birthday. The food is always delicious. We get the 3 person course meal which we always leave full and feeds my family of 4. Servers are great and amazing. Came in on Monday 4th 2024 at 2:30pmThe worst service in Plano by far.Asked for water no ice they brought us water with ice.Brought our meat, no utensils no tongs, chopsticks, or plates. Just dropped meat and left. Had to flag someone down. They seemed displeased that we wanted basic utensils.The meal comes with salad. Except half way through the meat we realized we had no salad. Again had to track someone down and ask about it. There were 2 other tables being served. So not busy by any stretch of the imagination!Finally tried to pay but no one cared. Had to get up and take it to someone. Just got bill one amount was around $2 higher the other receipt $2 lower….P.s. for those with young kids, they have high chair but no kids utensils, cups, etc.

I love the spot. They have all day happy on Monday and their happy hour prices are pretty good. I like that they have an option for a la carte menu instead of just all you can eat.My FAVORITE is the spicy cucumber salad - I usually get two for myself. Their garlic noodles are also phenomenal, as well as the pork dumplings. If getting steak, I recommend also getting the scallion sauce.Their staff is always friendly! They also have beer towers that are always fun to elevate the vibe. They’re good with turning tables. You have 90 minutes to finish you meal there and they’re very attentive.

I wish to convey my frustration with the service my partner and I received on Valentine's Day. After calling ahead and being informed of a one-hour wait, which we accepted, the actual experience was far below the expectation set by your team. Upon arrival and a brief wait, we were informed that three tables were ahead of us, a manageable situation at first glance.However, as the wait extended, it became clear the situation was not as initially portrayed. After inquiring about our wait time post the initial wait, it was revealed that despite being next on the waitlist, numerous reservations had priority over us. This critical piece of information was not shared during our initial call, leading to significant wasted time and growing frustration on a night meant for celebration.The absence of a genuine apology or any acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused further compounded our disappointment. The explanation provided as a mere "communication issue" felt dismissive and insufficient given the context of the evening.This experience not only wasted our time but also impacted our Valentine's Day negatively, a day when we had looked forward to enjoying a special meal at your establishment. The lack of transparency and accountability on this occasion has left us questioning the reliability of your reservation and waitlist management. Really upset.

Horrible experience. Waited for 1 hour and 15min to be told that it will be another hour before we get seated. People running the operation do not care. If they had communicated upfront about no guarantee on timeline with seating due to too many reservations then we would not have driven 30min to that location. The only thing the manager would be able to do was to allow us to sit out on the patio in the cold. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and showed their disregard for service and other people’s time.

We decided to go there for Valentine’s Day. We called around 18:30pm to see how long is the wait time, the lady told me the wait time is about an hour, she can put our names down, and will notify us when the table is ready. We went there around 7pm, checked in with the host, she said we are the third reservation on the waitlist. I told her just call me whenever it’s ready, I’ll be waiting in a car. Around 8pm, we went back in to see how much longer it would take, and they said in the next one on the waitlist but there are 7more reservations in front of us. We were really unhappy because we wasted almost 2 hours and we were starving. Could’ve go somewhere else.

I had high expectation but my experience was not so good. The stove didn't work so they spent some time to fix it. The plate I got was not clean. The restroom was dirty...I would expect a cleaner restroom in a Japanese restaurant. The food and service was good though. Hope my next visit will be better.

Very poor service! We had to ask for forks and chopsticks which should come with the food or before food. Also we didn’t get all of the food that we orders. Missing atleast two three of the main meats and chickens. We waited for a long time to get our food that even the waiter was surprised thay we haven’t put anything on the grill yet. Then asked for the manager and one of the waiters tried to just getting it over with by pretending to be a manager. Very poor experience.
