What a great find! The service from walking in the door until I left was top notch. I ordered the crab bisque and a dozen oysters, the bisque was arguably some of the best I’ve had (and I’ve had a lot!) and the oysters were fresh with a good selection (I had the east coast). Topped it all of with their signature hurricane drink which was perfectly balanced. I will be coming here a LOT more and highly suggest Half Shells to anyone looking for great seafood dining experience

We come to this area every year for a work conference and stay around the corner at the Marriott. It is a beautiful, easy walk to the restaurant. I had the blackened crawfish and shrimp taco special. We also had the fried pickles appetizer, which was perfect. Pickles are thin chip slices, not wedges or too thick cuts.We had Paul C. who was wonderful and had a contagious smile and great energy! The entire staff seemed to flow well.100% recommended and look forward to our visit next year!

The food was just ok. I wish it had more seasoning. I had placed an order for the lobster grilled cheese, shrimp penne, and crab dip. I picked up my order. The restaurant looked nice inside. Had a decent crowd.

What a gem-A cute restaurant w nautical coastal theme serving fresh seafood!Came here for brunch and sat on the patio and 10/10 recommend it! Amazing vibe.We split a sea platter grilled w catfish, shrimp, and oyster and it was perfect for two.

Honestly, the food had no taste, overcooked, and poorly seasoned. The service was decent and the atmosphere lives up to its rating but other than that. I wouldn’t enjoy eating here on a regular occasion unless I got blackout drunk every single time.
Bright location with good energy and great food. The Cajun flavors came through with good balance. We really enjoyed the seafood. Grilled redfish for my wife, blackened Salmon for me, and fried catfish for the kiddos. Everyone loved their dish.The star of the meal… cheesy Parmesan rice. It tasted like an amazing Mac and cheese without the heaviness or grease that usually tags along.

Whatever you do don't order the gumbo. It was horrible. I ordered a bowl of it. I should've sent it back but my friend suggested going there and I didn't want to make a scene. I had to add tons of Tabasco and crackers to give it any taste at all. My friends' food looked overcooked and pretty disgusting too. I'll never go back to this place.

Wonderful place for lunch in The Legacy shopping area. Although it was crowded, we were served quickly, and the food did not disappoint. I enjoyed the Shrimp & Chicken Penne Pasta. Portions were definitely big and I did my very best to clean my plate!
