Fish n chips were terrible. Overcooked. More breading than fish. It wasn't even batter, it was thick breading that was still raw on inside but burnt on outside. Not the fish n chips we've had here in the past. Very disappointing, especially for $20 a piece! Not sure we'll be back.

Not for people of color to be honest. If you go on a dry day which I experienced was great, our server was great. I went on a busy day and didn’t feel like I was wanted there. IF YOU ARE OF ETHNICITY STAY AWAY on a busy day( just being honest).

So normally I go to Holy Grail late night for wings because they’re not very friendly to people of color however the wings can be awesome. Order some wings late Saturday night to go ended up falling asleep and going to them the next morning fries were COMPLETELY RAW which was absolutely disgusting took them back to the restaurant the guy said you bought them yesterday I don’t know what to tell you!!! How about I apologize would you like your money back the fries were freaking RAW …. I hope the owner of this establishment is aware of the treatment people of color get here . To spend money and be treated bad is an understatement they’re just F’ing rude . No worries I’m one less black woman they have to deal with !! Despicable. The only reason I gave them 1 star is so I could write this review…. I took a picture of the raw fries and will discourage my neighbors from visiting this establishment ??????????????

Went for St Patrick's Day & was so excited to get a cup of French Onion however they only had a limited menu. I ended up getting the cheeseburger and it was good & juicy & huge. I'll definitely be back for my cup of soup!

Top-notch drinks and service with a really great atmosphere! I had an old fashioned and it ranks as one of the best I've ever had. The drinks are great, love the wide variety! No complaints there. 10/10!

The burgers are supposed to be awesome, however I had the Steak Frites (which the Yelp menu showed to be beef tenderloin for $22 / reasonable) - however I was served a small portion of “flank steak” instead. (Pissed - bait and switch!?!?) Good thing the staff apologized and gave me 50% off for the error. Very professional and the right thing to do. Very impressive, I never asked. Awesome empowerment to the staff from the owner. RARE TO SEE!!They explained there was a menu change and evidently the Yelp website was not updated. They are to have a meeting tomorrow and the Mgr was going to have it fixed! I could not be more proud of the staff and the way they handled this. PERFECT!While I would normally give a 2-3 star, I’m giving 4 because of the excellent service I got and the way they handled everything. And several people around me said the burgers were crazy good.THIS IS A PLACE WHICH CARES ABOUT MAKING SURE YOU ARE HAPPY!! This is too rare of an attitude to score low.In several years, I’ve never said this. I will definitely be back for a burger and more pours.The atmosphere is totally European with dark woods and decor. Awesome!! One of my new favorites - and 45 min drive for me. But worth it. Cool place - GO GO GO!!!!

What has happened to the steak frites? I travel across town just for this meal. It has been a year since I returned and after having it again on Valentine’s Day, I’m left with a distant memory of what my favorite meal used to be. Is there an explanation?
