We went for Sunday brunch and after hearing about this place for awhile we decided to try it out. I’ve missed a good monte cristo for a very long time. The food was decent, the service was awful and rude. We had a group of 12 between two tables. We ordered mimosas to start and food shortly after. After a few more mimosas the guy seemed like we were an annoyance to him rather than customers. He would be gone for various amounts of time and we would need refills. Twice we had to go in and ask for some. At one point an additional server showed up to lighten his load. Then they would both just leave us out there without checking on us. When it came time to leave we waited forever and I finally had to go inside and wave someone down as they were all in the kitchen chatting away. Very unprofessional but decent food
PHENOMENAL FOOD!!!If you miss Your Opportunity to Enjoy THE HOLY GRAIL PUB, then You will have TOTALLY MISSED one of the things that should be on Your Life's Bucket List!!!!
I love sitting on their outdoor patio with my dog. Our waiter Cheyenne is without a doubt my FAVORITE waiter I have ever had. She is so kind and sweet! As long as they have her in their employment I will be coming back :)
Recommended from a friend of mine who lived hear several years ago. This was his favorite neighborhood bar. Draft beer selections were excellent. Food blew our minds. One of the best bkacjened fish tacos we have ever had. It was like a flavor explosion in your mouth. And the Skirt Steak Frites, Skirt Steak, Hand-cut Fries, Salsa Verde, Aioli.... O M G!!
Great service, delish food, cold and tasty beer. 10 outta 10!
Awesome Pub! A bartender at a restaurant we frequent suggested we come here and we are living it. The decor is super fun and the drinks are great. We love the dart set up in the back and there’s an awesome spot with books as well. We can’t wait to have brunch here and to try dinner.
Zero stars for the manger. We were there last night with a few friends honestly having a good time. A man “ I assume a manager “ came over and started being rude to one of our friends about his identification and instead of handling it appropriately and just asking what was up with it he started making rude comments and acting aggressively towards us. It was a different form of I.d but still a legal i.d. He was making a big deal because it wasn’t a driver’s license. I couldn’t believe how this man was acting so we paid and left.
This place was very reminiscent of the pubs we have been to in England. We loved the decor and the lighting which only added to the feel of a euro pub. The food and beer was awesome as well.
Great patio dining. Delicious food. Amazing seasonal beer selection. One of our favorite places for a date night.
Although it's a 10 minute car drive from my home, I consider this my neighborhood corner bar. Great menu, for both food and drink, and friendly service. Recent addition of outdoor patio space in back is welcome. Credit to ownership for doing all they could to keep their doors open as long as possible during COVID.
I try not to complain. I'm industry, so rarely complain. However, while the first bartender was great the second was not. We came here for their pretzels, and got bread twists, not pretzels. I asked the bartender about it, and he was SO rude saying they never had anything different. I've been eating here since you all opened years ago...lol
I've been coming here for over 6 years. Came tonight and received what is easily the worst customer service I've ever received. Whatever has changed will easily kill this business
We went for the first time when things started slowly opening back up in May for after dinner drinks for our anniversary. The place is dark, but I really like that about a bar. The booths are super high backed so you feel like you're in your own little space. Wait staff was getting used to new gadgets and the bartenders were actually helping at tables. They did a great job.I explained the taste I like in a whiskey and was given one that was so on point and didn't even know existed. I have a new favorite now.We ordered some food as well since we had some people join us. It was ok, the hummus was pretty good, I think the pretzel was just alright. We went again in June for Fathers Day with another couple and everything was delicious!!!We'll be back.
Locally owned family business - not your typical pub. Quality food, unique bar menu; seriously huge bar selection with beers selection you've probably not seen at many restaurants in the area. We had fried pickles, schnitzel, French onion soup - it was all terrific. Highly recommend you visit or do takeout!
