I don’t know what happened to this place, when they opened it was great we used to order all the time . Now they’re closed all the time or they cancel your order or like tonight they don’t even answer the phone. Phone keeps going to voicemail. I even texted the number they provided and nothing. I texted asking if they’re open and no reply.

Great pizza! I spent more than expected ($19 for a Buffalo chicken pizza and a soda) but then found that I was full after 2 slices!Staff polite and quick.Crust was crispy on edges, cooked through. Had the rest for dinner and lunch the next day. If I'm back in the area would like to try other flavors.

They canceled our order and did not even inform us they had canceled it.When we went to pick up the pizza, we found out the order was canceled. They were out of one of the ingredients.They could’ve made the other pizza but they did not.They could’ve offered a small discount on a pizza to right their wrong, but they did not. They permanently lost a customer today.

It could have been good considering the quality ingredients although scarce but the execution was terrible. The slices were flimsy and greasy as if undercooked but I digress. I so wanted it to be good but unfortunately not so much.

You’re definitely better off taking your business elsewhere. Customer service was fine, lady didn’t seem too enthusiastic but she was not rude at all either. The problem is the food itself. I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and there must have been 10 pepperonis on the entire pie which was weird considering the pizza was INCREDIBLY greasy and oddly floppy, how is a pizza THAT greasy with close to no pep on it??? I don’t know and I don’t wanna know. I won’t be eating here again, there are much better NY style pizzas in Plano.

The pizza was some of the best our family has ever had. 5 of us are every bit of two large pizzas. Our favorite was the Juliana. The crust is sooooo good. We will look forward to coming back. The pizzas were fairly priced too. They also have TVs if yOu want to watch a game while you're eating.

I wouldn't know how the pizza tastes because they can't even get my order right! So they have a "Build your Own" and apparently this is to difficult for them. Why do you have a section for order notes if you don't READ Them? I didn't realize ordering a Pepperoni and Sausage with Black olives on the side..... and I get it with it on it. How about instead of speeding through your orders you take a moment and read the instructions. Definitely not wasting my time here again. What a WASTE!

We order from Mario's all the time! The staff is always nice and our order is always ready before the stated time. We get the veggie deluxe and have had the dessert which are always perfect. The pizzas are huge and couldn't be better in our opinion. Thank you for being around Mario's!

Ordered fried mushrooms and spinach calzone. The mushrooms were so-so, but the calzone wasn’t very tasty at all and the bread was soft. Not crusty like it should be. Immediately threw everything away and ordered food from another restaurant.
I been wanting to come here for the lunch special on my work break, but they never have any slices ready. They keep asking if I just want to buy a whole pizza instead. This is my third attempt and last time trying to come here that this has happened.

Called to order a 2 slices of pizza the lunch deal. And the manager tells me that they have 1 slice of pizza to sell. That’s been sitting out for an hour. They can’t make anymore single slices because they are out of stock to make pizza by the slice. But can cook a large pizza ??. I will not be going back and I will not have my company order from them as well.

We came in last night and they were super busy with takeout and delivery orders..the wait time was a little long because they make all the pizzas to order…and it’s so worth it!!! Best New York style pizza around!! And the staff was so friendly and helpful!
