Good food. When a customer places an online order for pickup - if you are going to miss the email confirmed time by a significant amount of time (25+ minutes) please let the customer know. The email I received said the order would be ready in 10 minutes and it was not. Please communicate with your customers! You don't know how far the customer traveled on their lunch hour to grab some food to go from your business. The customer doesn't want to get into trouble for being late back to work when it is your fault.

The assistant manager or manager white guy with facial hair refused to take my order because he said I was being disrespectful cause I was otp telling him my mother order not once have I ate there so I didn’t know what she wanted then called the cops and told them it was a lot of teenage kids messing with the company lol then when the officer get there he talked to both of us a real good respectful police officer and said the same thing he doesn’t know why the man was mad I will never in a million years go back here or to any just cause of that man

I was so impressed with the staff member who answered the phone today! Boys! ! ! I was told twice on the phone that I wanted four cups with ice and peach-flavored syrup! Said it twice! Because I had to rush my children to class, I left without confirming. After calling him, he knew it was me and asked me to go back and get it. Do you think other people have a lot of time? I have always admitted that their food is good, but many store employees need to be retrained! have a bad attitude! Work hard! ! !

We placed an order to go and we were so disappointed when we got back to our hotel. Our daughter’s kids meal didn’t have chips or a cookie so for a 6 year old that was a big deal. My husband’s sweet tea with lemonade turned out to be peach tea and my chicken and dumplings didn’t have much of either. We were really disappointed in this meal.

You can tell this location is totally understaffed, at least in terms of front of the house. I arrived at 11:15am and ordered carry out. One person was taking orders, another was delivering dine in orders and two people were handling carry out orders. As things got busier, one person handling carry outs got pulled way to handle catering. The remaining person handling carry outs was asking people for their names to prioritize their orders. I was asked several times for my name. Eventually that person was moved to helping deliver dine in eaters, leaving no one to help with carry out. . So no one was helping with carry out. After 30 minutes waiting for my order, I left without food or a refund due to meetings. Clearly they prioritize dine in orders and people that order online or the phone. If you walk in and order carry out at the counter, expect a long wait or maybe no food at all.

This review is one that is warranted for an order that was simple yet sadly wrong on all accords. I placed a mobile order for 1 gallon of tea for curbside pickup at 5:51PM with a projected time of being ready at 6:01PM. I arrived at 6:10PM giving additional time being considerate of the location possibly being busy with evening patrons. To my surprise as I pulled into curbside parking, the restaurant was completely empty as I confirmed in the app that I had arrived and assumed my (1) gallon of tea would be ready and brought out...Yet that was not the case. While parking, (2) male members of store level management immediately looked out the window, letting me know they had seen me and received the alert of my arrival in the system, before one disappeared out of sight, while the other came outside, moved his vehicle, and sat in his vehicle appearing to take a break. The time is now 6:15PM and as I am sitting there, another curbside customer arrived, parked, went inside, and at 6:19PM exited the restaurant with his order. At this point, I double checked I had confirmed I had arrived, which I did, and decided at this point I would enter the store.Once inside the empty restaurant, I immediately noticed both managers standing behind the register gossiping while my (1) gallon of tea was sitting on the counter, which I took it as a sign of "The customer can come in and pick it up"...I immediately told them that was my curbside order that I had been sitting outside over 10 minutes waiting for and stated I would have least understood had the restaurant, which again was literally empty, had been busy with orders... Both male managers instead of providing an explanation, simply dismissed my concerns and when I requested a receipt to submit feedback was told "We can't print you one"...At this point, I am livid and was encouraged to write an email, which clearly means "let us get ahead of this before the email is submitted by the customer, we will paint the picture that the customer was rude, etc...."Simply put, these store level managers, who had on management shirts, need to be addressed as Leadership from Focus Brands company would never stand behind the actions of these two who seemed to care less about the customer even if it was a single gallon of sweet tea that was ordered.... Do Better
