I went there and waited at the drive thru for 20 minutes and no one spoke thru the microphone. Next i pulled to the window and because they weren't attending or idk what they were doing i left.

We had our son's 5th birthday party at this McDonald's location and it was terrific. We've had our kids' birthday parties at many other venues (bounce places, bowling, arcades...), but this was the best service we had by far. The manager went above and beyond in making sure to promptly make all food and get every happy meal order correct. The value can't be beat - a private party room, happy meals for all kids, cake, ice cream, and small goody bags were all included. The cake was small so we also brought our own, but who knew that McDonald's even had cake?! A great experience. We would do another birthday party here again!

They claim that they'll be open till 11 PM. But when I go through walk at 10 PM the restaurant is closed. They're serving only through Drive through from 9 PM to 11

Their service is poor. Although they claim to be open 24 hours online, they don’t assist customers. I traveled a considerable distance to purchase two large cokes, but they were unable to provide them.

The crew at this location is always friendly and very fast service. They keep the place clean even if the kids make a big mess. 90% of the time your fries will be hot without asking, which is a plus for me.

WARNING: Do not eat here. There are thick 1" bones in the pattys. It cracked my left molar. Customer service did not help me at all. I went to the Ownership group and the store and they just kept ignoring me after filling out forms and speaking to several people at every level (Corporate, Ownership[O'Reilly group], and store manager). I'm never eating at McDonald's again.
