Went during Nesian festival. They seemed to be staffed up in preparation but the service was meh at best. They made my order quickly and the flavor explosion of the dish is on point. They've really got the tastes and quick service down to a science. I've just realized my love for matcha this year and their ice cream did not disappoint.
Its delicious!! If you really like matcha do top level but it can be a little bitter on the ice cream. So make sure you really like matcha! They were soooo busy today because they have Polynesian fair, so they were not really friendly and not very accommodating. They want to just get everything out in a hurry! But it was pretty fast though, and everything was delicious so no complaints. I just wish they would've taken more time w you to explain things because it's a lot to take...read full review

first time trying their ice cream and i have to say i love the matcha level 2 that i got! the matcha was high grade and tasted fully flavored. the color of the ice cream is so vibrant and beautiful.
