Dulce was our server, from the moment we walked in we could tell her energy was off, she wasn’t very attentive to our table but appeared to be very attentive with her other tables, the restaurant wasn’t busy, it took her 10 minutes to bring us straws for our drinks, and she never brought the drink my boyfriend ordered, and almost anytime we tried to get her attention she ignored us completely.The food was okay. I really liked the rice and beans, but the brisket tacos weren’t that great. The taste definitely wasn’t worth the price or service I will say that.My boyfriend and I happen to be an interracial couple, and believe that is why we received the service we did. As servers ourselves we try and be understanding when it comes to servers and we try to be patient and chill, but the service we received here wasn’t worth the price of everything, and the way our table was neglected really just rubbed us the wrong way. It took her 8 minutes to come and pay us out, but we still tipped her 20%, despite the service we received, however we will not be coming back.

LOVED the food, drinks and atmosphere! Top notch menu and quality. We loved everything! Try not to fill up on the outstanding homemade chips & salsa ? Pollo Seranno enchiladas were outstanding. The house salad with seared salmon on top did not disappoint. Left stuffed!

Stop at Meso Maya at 9:00pm and say at the bat. The bartender was horrible! Giovani Sanchez was not our waiter but he did a fantastic job and made up for the horrible service the bartender gave. Thank you Govani for being a fantastic waiter and going above and beyond to make up for the lack of service. Your good service to clients and your big smile made up for the bad experience.
Don’t go here if you are vegetarian. The black beans in the main dishes have lard. The interesting thing though is that the black beans in the salad are vegetarian, but they are not willing to substitute those vegetarian beans as part of the dishes that we want…absolutely ridiculous. I’m just tryna get some vegetarian gains, but they are not cooperating ?

Excellent place, three of us went to celebrate a birthday, the food was excellent, it undoubtedly has an authentic Mexican flavor, but it would not be completely excellent if it had not been for Fernando's kindness and excellent service.We will definitely return to this place

First visit was negative with curt and impersonal service, one of worst I've had dining out. Second visit was somehow worse, and server added $5 to my bill of undisclosed upcharge and basically tipped himself. When I noticed the price difference, he just charged my card and said it will be sent to my phone? Very shady business. When I asked for the manager, I was told, "the manager will be with you". After many wasted minutes of wait, several staff members returned to tell me, "I'm sorry, but we can't find the manager". Only when I offered to leave my phone number for the manager, the staff magically found the manager, Lilly. She said she will adjust my bill the next day, but it didn't happen. Disappointing.
