The building is nice and colorful. They also have a covering outside the door that helped me stay dry as I picked up the cake. The cakes are very well made, but the most delicious part is the icing. All flavors are good, but I prefer the vanilla or lemon. The workers always give great service and are very friendly with a smile on their faces.Parking: The spot is near other stores, so if you're going shopping nearby it is helpful. Though, if you are only coming for the cake, it might be harder to find a spot.Kid-friendliness: The cakes are good for all ages, and the building is safe for younger kids to walk around in.

I am glad I listened to her. I LOVED the❤️Chocolate-Chocolate chip Bundtlet. Also couldn't resist buying the super cute Christmas Gnome❤️Highly

Very rude employees! I walked in and was not greeted. I said hi three times and there was still no response. Three girls that at the front and didn’t asked me what I wanted eventually said I wanted three vanilla bundtlets . The girl only rang me up for one so I said, I’m sorry can I please get three. I told her I didn’t want my change and asked if they take tips. I did not receive a response, I just walked out.

Jahaila was tremendous and so smart and made some great suggestions. If you like great looking and great tasting cakes be they cupcakes, big old cakes, dessert cakes, etc... this is your new go to! Right across the parking lot from Trader Joe's doesn't hurt either...super convenient

I order here all the time (by all the time, i mean like 3/4x a month just for myself, and i treat my employees as well). It's actually the only sweet thing I ever eat and treat myself to after an extremely hard week at work.I arrived 5min before they closed, and they said they couldn't even put extra icing on it because it was too much trouble to do and gave me the total and handed me the bag.How ridiculous and lazy is that?That's crazy.

Thank you Athena for your wonderful hospitality, as soon as, I walked in the door. You were closing in 20 minutes but you and the staff were so kind in helping me . I wanted to take more pictures but you explain that the store was about to be remodeled. I hope they do not close during the remodel and I am going to tell my friends about the great customer service and of course the wonderful cake we picked up. The cake was just as amazing !! You can not go wrong with a Nothing Bundt Cake …always moist and the icing melts in your mouth like butter!!!

This location is very stingy with their frosting. I ordered extra icing and their extra frosting resembles normal icing from other locations. The normal frosted bundtlets are laughable. Unfortunately I will no longer be visiting this location since the frosting is my favorite part. I will go out of my way to get one that is properly frosted.Thanks, I am aware of the frosting options and this location holds back and does not put much on. Then when I politely ask for them to add more and even offered to pay more (even though I already paid for extra), I was told it could not be done and "It was not their job to give me diabetes". Yes, that's what the manager said. Ha nice. It can be done. Every other location I've been to has included more without me having to ask.

It seems to me that good customer service begins with upper management. I sense a , we are glad to have your business "but" we have some does and don't s. Maybe post , no more samples after the pandemic, we are terribly sorry to disappoint you. Just a somewhat frosty attitude seems to penetrate some of the wait staff. Thank youAnonymous
