i love on the border so much! i've been coming here for a very long time and the thing i recommend most is the BUTTER! the butter is the best thing ive ever tasted! service is incredible, my fav servers are zorah - she is the greatest server on this planet! she is super speedy and nice!! when you come ask for her! the ambiance is nice and clean! good lighting and nice structure, bathroom is clean as well. come here for a good time!

We went on a rainy night, it wasn't really busy. My kids were rowdy and the staff, including the manager was cool about it. My 5 and 4 year old were playing in a corner of the restaurant and the team was nice. Definitely go again.

My delivery order came early and hot. The guacamole was excellent and rice & beans adequate. The beef enchiladas however were heavy with jalapeños. It was hard to taste the beef due to the numbers of peppers. They do well with take out even on Friday night and the price was moderate.

I WIL NOT visit this location ever again. In the picture food looks great. But we had an issue with our quesadilla, my girlfriend was half way done when she found a string of hair cooked inside. We let the waiter know, they fixed the issue….BUT when the sec quesadilla came out ,I kid you not it had another string of hair it…. I can’t make this up y’all . So I was cool about it told the waiter again that whoever they had working in the kitchen needed to put a hair net on bc it shouldn’t be no reason why my food had hair in it twice. If I wasn’t in such disbelief I would took pictures. After all that the waiter only charged us for our drink and the fajita plate. Will I go back to this location…. NOPE

Well, this place was a joke. The place was dead and that should have been a red flag. Our waiter sat us and walked off without giving us menus or silverware. Came back to take drink orders 10 minutes later. Disappeared to get the drinks and came back with some of them. Apologized for forgetting several and went to get them. Had to ask for straws when the waiter returned. Disappeared again for 10 minutes. Came back and took our food order. The manager, who had been chatting with a mainly female group at the bar the entire time came to help distribute the food and almost dropped everything. The waiter forgot one person's order completely. Apologized and offered to give to one of my friends his meal for free. Walks off and comes back to say the manager wouldn't let him do that but he could have a free dessert. We then asked about a second missing meal to which the response given was "oh, yea I saw it. I just forgot to bring it over."The waiter also made gun to his head hand gestures while walking back and forth to our table when he thought no one was looking. At this point, I asked the waiter if he was ok. We had been polite, said please and thank you, etc.After all of our food had been served, the waiter did not return to check on refills or issues for 20 minutes.He returned with the check and then inquired about refills. The waiter also apologized about the free dessert but the cooks had shut the kitchen down. He said they didn't speak english and the manager was handling it.The manager came over to apologize for the dessert taking so long and said the staff shut the kitchen down. My friends and I definitely have no plans of ever returning.

I don't go to OTB for anything too amazing, but our experience today (Sunday @1pm) was far less than acceptable.With only 3 other tables in use and being seated directly next to the server station, our modest and understanding table of 5 went ignored.2 unkind, unfriendly servers and no bar staff at lunch time on a Sunday - no care for us at all until what seemed like the manager clocked in.Food was overly salty and microwaved to hell, definitely stay away from this location at all cost.
