This place is closed. Why are they closing down locations? First, Cold Stone, now Paciugo. This is the 2nd location in Plano they close, I’m running out of place to buy good Ice Cream/ Gelatos.

So I'm an out of stater and I was looking for some authentic gelato (because I've been to Italy before so I know good gelato) and I've got to say I think paciugo has got it! Like Italy who? Got the salted caramel and *chef kiss* literally Italy in a cup! Don't even get me started on the customer service I was helped by a small emo girl with pink hair and let me just say don't judge a book by its cover! I thought she would be the typical angsty teen but no she was such a sweetheart...read full review

Good gelato here with lots of flavor in each option you choose. The only complaint is I wish they spent more time cleaning off tables. Almost every time I come in the tables are dirty and sticky.
