This place is hit or miss. Normally, when I order during the day, the food is excellent. They must have different cooks because almost every time I order at night it’s terrible. The crust is burned on the edges and soggy in the middle, which is infuriating. I would suggest order during the day, and check the food before you leave if it’s take out. This place is too expensive to be subpar.

Reviews were off the charts, and not shills either. Took a chance and was not disappointed. Wife murdered the shrimp fetuccine alfredo within minutes of giving it to her (after sneaking a few bites of her cheese french bread). As for me, I devoured The King Pizza (appropriate name) with slices to spare. THIS PLACE DOES NOT SKIMP ON CHEESE OR TOPPINGS! 5 STARS!

I really wanted to like this place as it's convenient for us and close to our house but it just wasn't tasty. The pizza didn't taste very good and the other menu items we had weren't much better. Unfortunate!!

The name very accurately describes what you are walking into. After watching a new movie with fam and friends this place was a treat.Had Maria's BBQ Chicken pizza and it was delicious. I cannot wait to go back and try more from their menu.I think the only draw back is that when they are busy it may take longer for orders to come out. But patience is the price to pay for something thats pretty good.The atmosphere of the place is laid back and very welcoming.I would recommend this as a great date spot, cool hang out or even a business lunch. It just fits and in this day and age we need more of that.

I sure hope this place survives COVID-19. It is awesome. The pizza sauce has something in it that makes it so delicious. The salads are fresh and bountiful and the salad dressings are delicious. I highly recommend the Greek salad along side your pizza.

We picked up takeout for a group of 9. Most everyone had pizza but some gluten free and 1 order of Mac n cheese. No mistakes on our order, generous portions, and everyone loved their food.

** UPDATE ** I had a bad experience, not with the food but with the delivery, when I left this review last night. In spite of that, Palio’s food is delicious and I ordered another pizza for delivery tonight. I had not spoken with anyone at the restaurant but they did see my photo I had posted with the review. The manager delivered my order himself tonight. It arrived in perfect condition and was absolutely delicious again. Mistakes happen. I do understand that. I really appreciate the fact that they do listen and strive for perfection. As a side note, thank you also for offering vegan cheese ❤️$45 pizza. I don’t mind the price for delivery but this is what was delivered. Smashed all over the box. Did your driver have a wreck or what?
We had great food and great service yesterday. We reserved their party room for our large group to eat Sunday lunch, and it was ready and clean. Since we have kids, I like to wipe down the table with an antibacterial wipe, and these tables were very clean. (Other places my wipe has been black after rubbing the table down! But this place was very nice and clean). The food is excellent. I ate me delicious half Hawaiian Sunrise and half The Greek gf pizza before i took a pic . We had a great time with great food in this great atmosphere.

This pizza place is a joke. It used to be one of my favorite pizza places in the neighborhood, but I have no idea what happened over the years because the manager and the workers here are rude and unprofessional. Today I ordered a large BBQ chicken pizza over the phone. The worker who took my order seemed annoyed when she picked up the phone and while she was talking to me, but I didn't think much of it and placed my order. I picked up my order and went home. When I got home, I realized that they gave me the wrong pizza, so I gave them a call. (I ordered BBQ chicken. They gave me Buffalo chicken.) The worker who picked up the phone was the one who took my order. She claimed that I was the one who ordered wrong. I told her I have never ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza in my life, so there would be no reason for me to mix that up. Then she preceded to place me on hold for nearly fifteen minutes. Nobody checked in to let me know that they were getting the manager. Nothing. Just beeps from being on hold. The manager also was no help. He kept trying to drag on the situation, and I didn't want to waste more time, so I requested a refund. They told me to come get it and hung up on me. Honestly the situation could have easily been resolved if either the initial employee or the manager had simply apologized for the error and the wait and actually tried to help me get the right pizza. But no, they apparently don't care about their customers.

Great service by Jimmy. Mostly great NY style pizza with fresh ingredients but too sweet for my taste. Caesar salad was on crouton overload. Great atmosphere. Decent wine prices.

The building itself, along with the staff are great. The back room was very nice and I recommend large parties give it a try. My only issue was with the food. Although, the presentation was great and it smelled delicious, the buffalo chicken I ordered was too salty and not enough flavor. I couldn't really taste anything besides the buffalo sauce and salt....Their pizza is also very flimsy and cannot be eaten as a slice or rolled up like a regular pizza. Not enough dough. I had to grab a fork and knife just to eat it.

My family and I went for a casual dinner and got an X-large pizza customized with vegan cheese and various veggie toppings ($26). We also got the large Hawaiian salad ($8) which was alright, but we weren't a fan of the super sweet dressing. The pizza was amazing though; they put cheese both under and on top of the toppings and didn't skimp on anything. Service was also excellent. The lady who took our order was patient and got the details right. We were offered Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper packets by a waiter. While we went to sit in an area of well-lit casual tables, there was also a dimmer section of booths for a more intimate atmosphere. Sadly, only one other group visited while we dined. I'd say give this place a try and see what you think!
