The coffee was hot. The chocolate croissant for dine in was hard and cold. I asked to have it heated up and she pointed to the microwave.It was dirty inside.With all the kiosks, and cold food, this place might as well be a dine in vending machine.Next time I will go to the bakery across the street!
Ordered a couple of flatbread, and we were served barely warm food...no it wasn't closing time or crowded. There were just two occupied tables and it was an hour before closing. Never had such a lukewarm experience at a Panera before. Hope this is just one of.

First time to go to this branch .. greeted by Kung on the cashier . He spent time going over our order process thru my app and saved me a lot . Need to be the employee of the month !!! Am glad great customer service is still available in the USA!! Food was good ordered chipotle sandwich on cinnamon crunch bagel , turkey chili and Almond chocolate croissant .. will go back to this place .great way to start Friday ..
