Let me start by saying that the PHO was a solid 5! The broth of the Pho was fragrant and had a very aromatic bouquet. I could actually taste the subtleties of anise and other flavors that are uniquely Vietnamese. We went at lunch on a Saturday, when the staff had a hard time keeping up with the number who came in.But the other items such as the spring rolls (chicken and shrimp) were bland and simply unimpressive. We also had the fried dumplings that were small, over-cooked and overly priced. In short, I love Vietnsmese, but N.O.M. was a bit of a disappointment as it did not seem to live up to its ratings.

I'm so glad I found this place! The restaurant is in a busy area which is great however, it's hidden in a shopping center and small so if you don't use Google to find new restaurants then just "stumbling upon" this place is close to impossible. The atmosphere is cute and intimate however, it's pretty dirty. The tables, walls and menu could all use a good cleaning. Also, there were 3knats that decided to share my lunch with me but I'm not sure how much the restaurant can help with that.?‍? The food...DELICIOUS!!! I ordered the seafood pho and added the rare beef. The broth was light and full of flavor. I wanted it spicy so the server gave me some of their homemade chili paste and it was perfect. The pho had all the regular seafood in it but it also had good size fish cuts!! ? yummy! I will absolutely be back and recommend that everyone give this place a try!! ?

Food is always great the service follows. Usually don't have anything to complaint about when we eat here. Ordered Pho it's very good. Had a good experience here today.

Was craving pho when I was in the area so stopped by here. First time I was here was a few years ago. I had the large Combo Pho. I asked what the bowl size difference was between the medium and the large and the water said you just get more meat with the large. I love my pho meats so I went with the large. If this was "more meat" I'd hate to see what the regular amount looked like. There were barely any meat in the soup. Also, something that really annoys me. I got two lices of jalapeno with the bean sprouts and basil. When I asked for extra, the waiter brought out 4 slices. Jalapeno is what, $0.70 a pound at the grocery store? It has to be even cheaper in bulk and all you can spare is 6 slices? He told me to put their chili oil in the pho if I wanted it spicier. First of all, I like the crunch of the pepper and the spiciness of it. Second, putting chili oil in the broth ruins the broth, in my opinion.

Very good pho. Great service. Spring rolls and peanut sauce are A+. Little expensive but worth it.

The service was horrible. Waiter did not get my order right. Pho brought was not the best I've had. 5 out of 10. Red onion flavor is very strong. Waiter did not offer water until we asked for it. He gave us 2 cups for a party of 4 and when it was time to pay, he was no where to be found

First and last time at this location. With as many Vietnamese restaurants as there are in the North Dallas area, I would recommend driving right past this one and onto the next. Highly disappointed with the whole experience. Like many first generation Vietnamese from immigrant families, we typically eat out to find cuisine that is "almost as good" as what we had growing up in our own homes. Many VN restaurants pride themselves on authenticity and flavor, and many hit the mark, while others just miss it. I am so sad to say that this place didn't even strive for a landing near the mark. Aside from a convenient location and a friendly hostess, there was nothing that would encourage me to return, or recommend this place. I'm sorry to say that during a time when small businesses need strong reviews to stay afloat, but I think this place has lost its inspiration and drive in producing a quality product for their customers. The website is not very user friendly and takes you to the San Angelo location as a default. When it finally loaded, I was able to get to the end of the online order process before the website crashed and reset. I chose to call in, and the receptionist was very kind, but did not seem very familiar with the menu herself. When we finally got through the order, she informed me it would take 30 minutes. Seemed a little long for a pickup order, but I assumed they must be busy in the restaurant. I was only 10 minutes away, so I tried to kill a little time and arrived 15 minutes after the call to pay for the meal. When the girl took my card for payment, she said "it should be about 30 minutes". I was a little surprised and asked "another 30?". She said "yes, well we have to turn on the grill." Hmm. Why is your grill not preheated for orders and does that mean you didn't at least start it after I put in my order? Nevertheless, I offered some grace and said I would go run an errand and return. About 25 minutes later, I arrived and was pleased to see that the order was bagged up and ready to go. Excited to try a new VN place, I got home with the order of Grilled Pork Spring Rolls, 2 Grilled Pork Banh Mi, 1 Lemongrass Chicken with Rice and 1 Grilled Pork and Eggroll Bowl. Our household was shocked and frankly, disappointed with the presentation when we opened the bag. Since most places put their best pictures online as to attract people to eat first with their eyes, I understand when things are not exactly alike when you get the real thing. The pictures below show a stark contrast to what was ordered and what was received. There's hardly a resemblance at all. The Grilled Pork Spring Rolls were sparse of meat and filled with wet noodles. One bite and the whole roll fell apart. The Banh Mi was extremely void of protein and the bread was stale. There were no jalapeños, the addition of shredded iceberg lettuce and hardly any pickled veg. The taste of soy sauce overpowered the sandwich, and the meat itself had little to no flavor. As for the rice dishes...it's clear that the protein was hardly grilled, especially for the 30 minute wait that was quoted. Most lemongrass chicken orders are comprised of juicy, marinated chicken thighs that are grilled to perfection. The dish we received was dry, flavorless and tasted as if it was boiled first and cooked in an oven. I chose not to take a picture of the flavorless and soggy eggroll that came with my Grilled Pork...that looked suspiciously the same as the Lemongrass Chicken...but no matter. This place missed on all aspects. I notice people say it's the best Pho they've ever had in Dallas, but a good restaurant needs to be able to stand behind all its dishes, not just the namesake of the business. It's a shame that we won't be taking a chance to try to so-called "best Pho in town" because of the disappointing experience we've already had. What a waste of over $50.00.

The Pho was soooo good! Definitely authentic and the meatballs tasted great! Also got the shrimp fried rice for our son and he liked it. Also tried their Thai tea and the taste was just right.. not too sweet.. really refreshing.. service was spot on too.. would definitely recommend it here!

We ordered the Pho Cowboy Special, Thai Fried rice and Thai Milk Tea. We love the pho. It's the most delicious we've had so far in the DFW area. The milk tea is now too sweet which is how we like it. The fried rice is ok but it could be better. Service was excellent.

New favorite pho spot in the Dallas area! To be fair, I’ve only been to a couple others, but this is the first I’ve been to that is owned by a Vietnamese family. I went at kind of a random time (4:30) and no one was at the front so I waited a bit but it wasn’t an issue. As soon as they realized someone was there they got me seated and fed very quickly!I got their special and a Thai tea and both were amazing. The pho reminded me a lot of the one I would eat at home growing up. It had less meat in it than some of the other pho places in town but for $10 for a small it was great! I’ll definitely be back :)
