The employees are useless. Not only are they slow but they are also rude and seem to have no knowledge about the food they sell. When asked what's the difference between deli mustard and regular mustard no one in the store could answer me. Do they sell regular mustard? No. What kind of sandwich shop doesn't have regular mustard?? The bread tasted like it was from last week. And even though the sandwich was toasted it was somehow cold. Overall this was a terrible experience and I'll never no back

Food was ok but the service was subpar/ unacceptable. Workers looked very unhappy and not friendly. Said thank you twice to the African American woman adding my fixings and she made it a point to just say nothing, just a rude person trying to spread her misery. Uhm it's Christmas bitch if you don't like making sandwiches quit and go do something else. Almost walked out it was that insulting. The older woman wasn't a peach either. Every booth was dirty as well. Get your shit together people it's not that hard. Food is overpriced for what you get... $17 for a sandwich, drink and small bag of chips? Next time I'll pay $5 more and get a steak at the Outback next door.

Don't bother!! And definitely DO NOT order online, waste of time because you'll be waiting around anyway. Stopped here after 2pm (not busy) to pickup a late lunch for me and a coworker after a doctors appointment. Placed my order at the website and arrived two minutes after the "ready time". It wasn't ready, had to wait another 15 minutes. Four other online orders and six other dine-in customers had their orders before me. Got my bag and headed back to work only to find out one of my sandwiches (mine) was for Steve who placed an UberEats covered in onions and pickles. It went right in the trash. C'mon guys, pay attention to your orders! I work over 9 miles away and obviously couldn't return to have it fixed; disappointing. Sorry you didn't get your sandwich Steve!!

Disappointed because my family and I have been coming here for yearsss. All of a sudden they don’t know the difference between “light” and “regular” hot peppers. The last 2 orders had to be thrown in the trash, even after scraping the peppers off, Light peppers taste like heavy and regular taste like extreme and messy, never experienced this til now

Stopped in for a lunch break with co-workers. There was a slight line but it moved quickly. I tried something new, the slim pizza sub, it was ok, could've used more cheese. I normally order the chicken salad-salad. We were able to eat and return to work within our designated lunch time.
