My family and I love sandwiches shops. Must have been an off day for this location during our last visit. Not sure if staff was new, or what the issue was. Each of our sandwiches were missing ingredients. Avocado turkey had no avocado on two sandwiches. The Italian was missing cheese, etc. Not only were the sandwiches missing ingredients, but the sandwiches were not that good in general. The soda fountain did not have carbonation. Our party and several others all asked about it and they said they had fixed the issue, which was obviously not the case.Service was sub par, with hardly anyone in the store. I do think the drive through was busy, but should not have affected the in store experience. My wife loves the avocado turkey sandwich from Potbelly, but our last couple experiences are turning us away from the chain.

I’ve order twice from here and twice they’ve gotten the bread wrong. Wheat or White. Seems like my order should be right at least 50% of the time.

This was my first visit at any PotBelly. The Italian sandwich was delicious. I love that you choose all the ingredients that you want added to your sandwich. My daughter got the flatbread. Love that you get that option for a bread. We also got the cookies. That oatmeal chocolate chip cookie was amazing! Customer service was top notch. All the employees were very friendly. I took off a star for the dining room. Every table in the dining room was dirty. We couldn’t find a clean table they all had crumbs. Employees need to take the time to wipe the tables. All in all if I’m in the area I’d definitely come back.

This place needs to update their online menu. It’s absolutely nonsense that I am allowed to pay $12 for a “Turkey Sandwich” with literally just bread and warmed turkey. Why show a picture of it with everything else (cucumbers, lettuce, etc) online if the “default” sandwich is just bread and turkey??? Why are ALL the basic elements of a sandwich considered “optional”. Very frustrating.

I was there around 1pm today and I went through the drive through. I ordered Chicken salad salad. I was given the salad with no silverware, no dressing and no napkins. Clearly the young lady didn’t care.

WWhy Not

On their phones while on the line, that's a health violation. One employee had zero Potbelly gear, no shirt, hat, or even a bandana. The employee with the blonde braids needs a break because her attitude has run dry. There was a major lack of communication on the line and there was no offering of up sale. I'm glad they had the forethought to use a backup speaker to play music, but the volume was over the top; I couldn't hear those next to me speaking. The first restroom was only half paid attention too and only marked off on the cleaning checklist when it was opened for that day. The trash can is grossly overfilled and too close to the toilet. Out of paper towels and just had the vibe of unkempt even though the toilet paper was filled. Someone or a group of people are only doing half their job.

I ordered a wreck. The toppings are hidden on the Uber eats app. I guess the default is NOTHING! Maybe I'm the idiot here?

Engaging with the customer is key! My first visit was Not Good.I was not encouraged to add condiments and, as it turned out, no condiments would have been added had I not realized as I came around the corner to pay, I realized that no condiments were added. Oof. So also, I had no idea that the sandwiches were toasted, no one asked me if that was how I wanted it. The flavor was not appealing. I will not be able to recommend.

Ordered on line for pickup. It was not ready and when I got my sandwich it was not made correctly.

I ordered the chicken salad salad from the drive-through, the salad had no dressing and no taste. I would have gone back, but I am on my lunch break.

Place pick up order at 7:06pm. Pick up time was 7:23pm, I was at the window at 7:22pm. They told me it wasn’t ready and to pull around to the 6 min parking spaces and they would bring it out to me. 20 mins pass by and I finally go into the restaurant. It’s still not done. 25 mins to get a sandwich and a half sandwich w/cup of soup. It’s cold by the time I get home, the app didn’t record any of my selected toppings and the soup was inedible.
