Ordered delivery and they were out of crabcakes, but instead added shrimp and loose crabmeat as well as bonus mac and cheese. Since it’s so hard to get quality service anywhere anymore, I was really impression with the effort made to compensate for the missing inventory. Just saw a message notification and just realized they even called to ask for a substitute. Well done. Thank you! Will be a returning customer. Food quality is consistently excellent.

I was wondering why the restaurant is empty when it used to be busy in the past.. the answer came very quickly when our food came out under cooked and when they took the stake back and brought it back as a piece of rubber and when we talked to the manager Erica not just she was rude and didn’t really care Erica didn’t care if we come back or not Erica didn’t seem to like her job so much in fact she didn’t even look as a manager from her appearance was very raggedy and not clean .. on the other hand our server jaya was very nice apologetic smiley and looked much cleaner than her manager.. unfortunately it was my wife birthday.. Erica didn’t even offer a piece of cake as an apology.. she just left the table and never saw her again.. what a shame to see a great restaurant use to be very successful is empty.. but it made perfect since when you have Erica.. as a manager!!!

The staff was very friendly and our server worked hard to take care of us. Our friends started with wedge salads. The one had a hard core in the wedge, both had a vinegarette dressing with blue cheese dressing and a few blue cheese crumbles. They had never seen a wedge salad with vinegarette dressing before. Two of our party ordered the 12 oz. Ribeyes smothered in mushrooms. The steaks were tough, they both received 5-6 mushrooms, baked potatoes were small with very little condiments on them for being loaded. The other two in our party ordered soup and baked potatoes. The potatoes were good. They were light on the toppings even though they are supposed to be loaded. They could be a little larger also. The soup was Chicken Tortilla. Neither of us finished itIt had a really weird sour taste to it. With a rating system of 1 to 5, we would rate the staff a 5. The food we would rate it 2. The food was not worth the $130.00 we spent. Not real happy and not going back.Seriously ? You want more details ? I thought I was pretty descriptive in a nice way. Send me a way to contact you and we can discuss it then.

Phillip was amazing and so was our server Carrie! Will definitely be back! Got the soup and requested mostly broth due to a surgery the next day and they did exactly what I asked!
We had the best lunch here on Sunday. Such professional and friendly management and wait staff. The manager Danielle stopped by to introduce herself and make sure everything was great and it was. Quick seating by the Hostess and great service by our waitress Tonya. We have been to the Saltgrass in Irving and it is subpar compared to this Plano location. Everything about the experience is better at this location. We are already planning on what dish and appetizer we want to try next weekend!

Shortly after we encountered our initial difficulties, one of the attentive servers, alongside the floor manager, Danielle, approached us to inquire if we required any assistance. Upon explaining our concerns, they immediately assumed responsibility and worked diligently to rectify the situation. From that moment on, our dining experience was nothing short of fantastic. The quality of the food exceeded our expectations, and our server, Consuela, ensured that the remainder of our evening progressed smoothly and without a hitch. What truly stood out to us was the team's approach to handling the situation; they exhibited grace, honesty, and transparency throughout, making us feel genuinely valued. This exceptional level of customer service greatly enhanced our overall experience.
