One of our favorite burger chain. I love how you can customize each burger and switch out proteins or even go full vegetarian and still get a flavorful and tasty burger. If you haven't had their smash fries. Try it. It's worth every penny! The seasoning and oil just makes the fries taste like gourmet fries at a fancy restaurant. My favorite burger is their Baja burger with chicken. The guacamole and jalapeños on a multigrain bun makes it a complete meal (like eating salad, bread and chicken all in one!!)The only downside for us. Their online ordering doesn't work too well. We have tried multiple times ordering and it just didn't go through or gave us an error. Hope they can fix this issue ASAP and make it easier to order to go.

It's #nationalcheeseburgerday todayyy!! Posting at this time of night cause I was just devouring it! @smashburger had their Double Classic Smash for only $5 today to celebrate this amazing day! Naturally we ordered their double classic smash cheeseburger which was juicy and full of flavor! With fresh veggies including pickles - my fav! We also ordered their new Colorado burger which was spicy and had an amazing flavor of fresh green chilis! The taste was unique and really good! Also ordered a side of smash fries which was seasoned with rosemary, olive oil, & garlic!It's a must try for everyone looking for a unique flavor!P.s. Even thought I ordered delivery, and the driver left my food sat for about 30 before he returned. My food was cold , but Was still good flavor. I will have to go again on my on to try it hot and fresh. Heard a lot about this place.

My first time to this location and it was not only clean but fast with great service! I'm a vegan so my options for food can be slim and I must say their Black Bean burger was amazing! Miss Emily was the one who took my order she was the sweetest and quick and attentive definitely will be coming back!
UPDATE Aug 2020 It pays to be a Smashburger loyalty club member on your birthday. We got a free hamburger. Well done. They are open for dining in still during the virus crises. This was one of the first burger places open for dining in when it was permitted again. See new photo of hand sanitizing station before cash register when making order. Fast service and food served hot. Wait staff was very alert to needs and requests. Well done. Tables are separated and you can eat outside in the TX summer in you feel the need to get hot. For long time fans of Smashburger you can still request a make your own burger; select which type of bun, one/two patties and what extras to put on it. You don't have to take the standard burger order. If you read this far I will tell you there are shaded parking spots to rear or south of restaurant in the Home Depot parking area. Its worth it to walk a few extra steps to park car in shade.UPDATE Late Apr 2020. We have been to this location several times over the years. They are coping with take out service due to the Wuhan virus crises. So call or better make your order on line. We just walked in and lucked out on Sat lunch before a big crowd showed up after us. Food was prepared fast and served hot. We much rather eat inside but that's a no go for now. They don't have drive-thru but you can go in to pick up or place order. They also have a designed parking spot for curb side delivery. Lotsa burger joints in Collin County but this is our favorite Burger franchise. We've been to many different Smashburger locations and they all are uniformly excellent. The Smashburger sweet potato fries are the best.

Placed an order for curbside. Tried to call over and over when I got here and it just rang. Finally went inside (Was SPECIFICALLY trying to avoid this) and they said “oh, sorry, we’re busy.” Too busy to answer your own phone ringing off the hook?? I’ll be looking for alternative burger shops for now.

This was my very first time coming to Smash Burger after many suggestions from friends. First impressions of walking into the store was great. The store was absolutely spotless and everyone was working hard but also I was immediately greeted with a smile and positive attitude by all crew members in the front. Emily was so kind and walked me through the menu and gave me a great suggestion after asking what I like in my burger and took all of that in and helped me pick the best thing for me as I have trouble deciding and was kind of nervous since it was my first time. My food was delicious and I was beyond satisfied with my meal. I am glad I came to this location. It has a Great staff, wonderful food, and a very welcoming environment. If I could have given all of the ratings over 10 I would. Thank you! I will be coming back!
