Obviously cannot follow directions! Made an online order through the app. Everything I asked for was left off and they made the sandwich THEY wanted to make and NOTwhat I asked for. Avoid this location!!

I had very bad experience today. The grumpy man on the counter didn’t listen to me. I told him that there is a piece of meat on cheese and I don’t want that as i am vegetarian. He start arguing me that there is no piece and he said that if you don’t want you can skip cheese part. His tone was very harsh. UPDATE: I think a problem with online orders is the app. Because when I went to pick up my sandwich, it had only been about maybe 30 minutes but it felt like it was done way before just because it wasn’t as warm which means it was sitting there just for a little bit & the app never updated me on the progress of making the sandwich it still says delivered.
