The food at biscuit bar never disappoints!We went here for Sunday brunch and the service wasn’t too great. The waitress was rude and got upset when we sent our drink back (they had the order wrong) The entire staff just seemed over it. Granted it was very busy, maybe they need to hire more staff to accommodate the influx of patrons.The tables were all dirty and we had to clean them up before sitting down.It’s in the boardwalk so the outdoor seating area was very full since the weather was nice and breezy.

This place serves AMAZING biscuits. I had mine with gravy. The wife had the honey hot chicken. The kids ate fried biscuit bites. All of the dishes were amazing!

It was incredibly strange that the entire time we were there, we were the only customers (aside from one doordash order.) The other restaurants were all busy. Maybe because it's more of a brunch place?The Monte Cristo was good, but could have used more jelly or something to sweeten the bread. The ham was the size of Texas.The cashier rang up a couple of the items twice. I didn't take away any stars for it because 1. They brought out everything we paid for and 2. I didn't say anything once we figured out what happened.It's a great spot for bird watching. So many pretty birds gathered nearby, hoping we would drop something.

This is everything you want in a biscuit sandwhich. Not to mention the staff was awesome. The seating was very comfy and Parents they have changing tables in the bathroom! My sandwhich had every kind of meat in the dish and everything was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend the punch drink, it is very sweet from the pineapple and compliments the savory sandwiches.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s accessible

What an amazing experience! The person at the counter, taking our order was a big help. Even given an excellent recommendation on the salad grilled chicken and cranberries never tasted so good together the atmosphere was great! They were only about eight or nine people total in this quaint space. It was never loud, and our conversation carried on without interruption. Great place for a late lunch with a friend. Thank you.

I will start by saying that the food is the reason my family continues to eat from this location. The customer service alone will be the reason this place crashes and burns! I placed an online order with them yesterday directly from their website. I normally place orders through UberEats but they were not available yesterday through the Uber Eats platform. In the past I have received orders with missing items or a completely different order altogether. Thankfully Uber Eats always refunds me or credits my account to reorder from them again. This was not the case after ordering directly from The Biscuit Bar site. My order was delivered 20min late and was missing 2 meal items. I contacted the location by phone and I spoke with a manager by the name of “Clinton” and she assured me that she was looking at my ordered items and that it was a mistake on their part. She then told me I had the option to have my money refunded for those 2 items or I could come and pick them up…great. The first issue was that I had no transportation to get there which is why I placed an order for it to be delivered. I agreed that it was fine to have the money refunded, however, she then stated that in order for it to be refunded she would need to let her area manager know so they could approve the refund. Our conversation ended with her hanging up the phone while I was in the middle of confirming her name. I waited about 15min and called back hoping to get a different person on the phone, which I did, but they put Clinton back on the line. I was informed that since The Biscuit Bar pushed the order through for Uber to deliver my food, I would not be getting a refund or my food at that point and that I needed to discuss my concerns with Uber Eats. I don’t have anything on my Uber Eats history showing that anything was ordered with them on yesterday when all of this took place so how is the issue with them and how are they supposed to fix an issue that has nothing to do with them. How is this fair? I am still waiting for a call back from Clinton who said she would call me back in the next 15min with a solution. Again, this took place yesterday morning (3/14/24). I need a resolution of some kind Biscuit Bar.
The atmosphere was the most best experience. The establishment is by the water which is pretty elegant. The employee who took our order was not welcoming I told them good morning and they said nothing in return (Caucasian male with ear rings and black bearded). Me and my wife ordered the steak and egg, chicken not a waffle and loaded tots. The description on the steak says ribeye (thought at worst would be a McDonalds type of patty) but in actuality it’s more like steak um the quality of the meat is unsatisfactory for its price. The tots were loaded with toppings but none of the food has any salt or pepper or any other seasonings. I would never support this establishment again

Area is very cool. Large outdoor seating area overlooking the lake. I hate to say it but it used to be better. The hot chicken biscuit used to have so much more flavor and was actually spicy. Kind of bland now. The steak biscuit was new and very good. I would prob try this place again in a year or so. Maybe things will change.

Not worth the wait.After waiting for 30 minutes, I asked about our order. They said somebody bumped our order and never brought it out. It came out one minute later and cold. Might have been good if it wasn't cold. Need more staff and better systems to get people their orders.

I worked here for about a month until family stuff came up making it so I had to move. The working environment was so nice. The kitchen is incredibly clean and functional, the standards there are set so high there isn’t even a microwave because all the food is fresh. My coworkers were incredibly encouraging and the management was amazing hands down. I never felt put down when making mistakes, I always got constructive criticism and compliments when I was doing well. I will certainly miss working here, as it was one of the best places I’ve ever worked. The food is phenomenal and the environment is so friendly. 10/10 would recommend
