Can't say enough good things about our experience! I was expecting more of a "chain restaurant" feel yet was greeted with great service and food. The specialty scallop appetizer was delicious. Could have eaten it as the whole meal! The tuna tartar was average. We got ribeyes and lamb. All three were cooked and seasoned perfectly. Loved the Kona coffee rub paired with a ribeye- one of the best steaks I've had. The lobster mac and cheese was spot on, and the roasted mushrooms were fantastic! Sean, our server, was personal and fun to interact with. He knew the menu well and served with a smile.

We absolutely love Capital Grill and today did not disappoint!! It was my husband's birthday and we had a lovely celebration. Brian was a wonderful waiter. So pleasant and professional. Capital Grill is definitely our favorite place!

Hubby and I had a much needed date night out and had a wonderful experience! For starters, he ordered a field greens salad and I had lobster bisque. For our main course he had the veal tomahawk and I had the tenderloins with butter poached lobster tails. For our sides we shared the lobster mac and cheese and grilled asparagus with lemon. For dessert we shared crème brûlée. All of the food was fabulous... expertly seasoned and cooked to perfection! Our server was Jeremy, super friendly and attentive. Chef Chris came by to say hello and make sure we were having a good experience. This was our first time here and we are already talking about what to try on our next visit.

If I could rate Antonio’s service out of ten stars, he’d get eleven. My husband and I came here for our anniversary while visiting Dallas. This was such a treat! The Capital Grille made special accommodations for our anniversary (table decorating, card, and dessert). The food was spectacular and the service was even better. Antonio P is a recent transfer from Austin and I believe he is going to do great things for Dallas.

This place is beyond amazing...servers, staff, and management! They comped our meal because the fire alarm went off, and were very insistent on doing so. I even received a call from management apologizing for the inconvenience the very next day. We will be back to pay homage. Customer service like this is very rare, and I really appreciated their courtesy! Ari Levy, you rock!

From the parking valet, reception greeting, through the meal service it was all first class. Our server, Sharon was especially helpful and gracious. The food was very good and generous. Please put this restaurant on your "to visit" list.
