So, tonight 2/22/24, my wife went through the drive through to pick up some dinner for us. We typically love Wendy’s and were excited ahh but our getting something to eat. My wife requested unsalted fries for me since I just had surgery on Monday 2/19 and I am not supposed to be eating any salty foods. I really wanted some Wendy’s fries. When my wife ordered, the person taking her order laughed when she requested unsalted fries. I did not get unsalted fries. I received salted fries and they are heavily salted. I cannot eat them. Very disappointed at this Wendy’s and the customer service we experienced. Unsalted fries is not a hard task at all. We are from out of town but visit frequently for follow up appts. We will take our business elsewhere if this if the type of customer we can expect on any future visits. I hope a manager sees this and follows up with all the employees working on this date. Please do better in the future.

In drive through ordered a chicken wrap, Dave's single burger and medium frosty. Was told to move up and was handed the frosty without a spoon. After 5 minutes got out of car and walked in and obtained napkins and a spoon. After employee finished with customer at counter I asked about my order. Wrap not not started untill I said something. Burger already done. This was totally unacceptable service.

I have not been to a fast food restaurant in years but found this Wendy's in a pinch. It cost $30 for two rickety hamburgers and two medium sized fries with large sodas. I could have gone to a steakhouse and gotten steak for this much money it was horrible! Totally not worth what I paid. Save your money and go to the store and buy your own hamburger meat and make your own hamburgers on the grill

Well I'm on way to work. No one.in line. Still waiting. They had me pull through with no one behind me. I had to go in and request my food. They were waiting on French toast sticks which I received burnt on one side. The food wasnt that great. I know now why there was no one in line. I will not

My experience at this store was excellent. despite me being a little shell-shocked by the price of an item.. I switched to something else and was satisfied. The manager of that shift did a nice job and helped me out, and so did my cashier. Most stores refuse to give extra mustard no matter how much I tell them. It's a squirt. I was happy.Kid-friendliness: Very kind and alert.
