Was my first time eating at the Yin Tang hotpot place. The service was great and the experience was really neat for being a first timer!You will wait to be seated, you’ll indicate how many are in your party, then you’ll go to the food selection place, grab a large clear bowl and get the food you like. What makes Yin Tang different from other hot pot places are the personalized hot pots and it’s served cooked! You get to choose the vegetables, protein, broth, and spice level and pay by the pound. As of January 2024, it is $13.99/lb. I've also been to the Carrollton location and it's $14.99/lb over there.The broth is absolutely flavorful and delicious! This place's hot pot is amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly. I come here with friends or even by myself because it's so delicious. The hot pot is addictively good. If you enjoy green onion and garlic, try making a sauce with sesame sauce, green onion, and garlic – it enhances the flavors even more!!
