Dairy queen is an has been in top 5 of my favorite hamburger/ ice cream and had not been there for a few weeks due to wait time and just NO FRIENDLINESS ARE ENTHUSIASM ABOUT THEIR JOB AND IT WOULD MAKE THE WAIT TIME A LITTLE BIT EASIER WELL I'M COMMANDING THEM TODAY AND I'M BACK TO MY FAVORITE BURGER JOINT.... My husband had accidentally ordered from the wrong location online. So it made me late for pick up. They were very understanding and kind. The lady that helped me was extremely pleasant and did me a solid by not making me come in when I forgot my shoes in my rush to get out the door. I’ll be using this location again. May not be closer but definitely much nicer!

I must say I don't think I've ever had the customer service at a fast food restaurant as good as I've had at this Dairy Queen. Since we've been in Port Arthur we have ate there for lunch everyday and every day the manager asked how was their service and if we're coming back the next day. So if you are anywhere near this Dairy Queen I would recommend stopping by and at least having a blizzard.
