Was told to try Edith's by my wife, and was not disappointed! I got the Big Tex sandwich for breakfast and was told I'd be taking a nap after it. The people there were very friendly and hospitable. Will definitely be going back for more. Time for my nap.
Great traditional southern soul food. Food that really sticks to your belly and makes you think they have your mama back there cooking. Love the limited menu and the rotating days, I go for the meatloaf whenever they have it. The real treat for me is the peach tea with actual peach slices and syrup. This Port Arthur gem should be in your must tries, and if you've already had it then tell your friends! This place needs more recognition
