I love chipotle. I go to chipotle everywhere I go. I went to UTD for two years and this is the best and most (generally consistent) chipotle I've ever been to. Rice is actually flavorful and the meat is actually seasoned and not dry / tough. Everything is just like good chipotle. When I visit Richardson, I always get this chipotle.
The food was great but the staff was terrible. It was the first time I had ever been to Chipotle and their menu was kind of confusing. I asked questions and got a lot of IDK. Seriously, you work here and can't answer a few basic questions about the food you are preparing and serving. Definitely not going to this location again.

I only saw 3 maybe 4 workers one was doing to go orders and 2 were working to check out and make walk in orders. Service was good and fast young man on grill kept everything moving and filled with meat and other items running low on.
