Hot Pancakes is great! This is my first time. They've got a wonderful build-your-own menu for people who are eating, for instance, keto. And the regular menu is great, too! I had the chicken biscuit plate. It's an open face giant biscuit half, topped with a fried chicken filet, cheese and gravy. Comes with a side of hash browns, and, of course, two big fluffy pancakes. This place has the best textured, flavored pancakes I think I’ve had outside home. Just had my second visit there and proved to myself that the first time was not a fluke haha. I will say, I’ve never eaten my pancakes before my bfast… today, I did.I hate breakfast diners with bitter coffee they can make or break your breakfast. Hot Pancakes coffee was also on point. I had the house burrito, wife had the migas. Both were great; FAST & HOT! Server Sarah was fast and friendly. The whole place was VERY clean and the prices were more than fair. Definitely recommend! (Wish we lived closer)
