I thought I would finally try this place after years of not doing so. It wasn’t worth the wait. The salmon was dry and rubbery, edible only because I slathered it in curry. The chicken thighs lacked flavor, and were made passable by the inclusion of mango as a side. There was literally no one dining in at 7 PM, and it just felt depressing in there. I don’t think I’ll be returning, as there are many fast-casual healthy options out there.
Ordered the Baja Blackened Chicken, but what I received is nothing like the photo on the menu. Chicken was not blackened, chicken was not on the bone, the chicken was served skinless & cut up. Nothing like what I wanted via the picture. The salad was ice cold like straight from the freezer. I'll never order this again and most likely won't ever be back. I've loved Modern Market for years. The people are amazing, the food is fantastic - healthy AND yummy! And today I discovered they have a full allergen menu with list of all the ingredients! Anyone with an uncommon allergy knows how helpful this can be.
