I've absolutely loved this restaurant! I've only gone to the Richardson location and the food is amazing. I consistently order the gyro plate with extra white sauce and it's amazing. For the past month or so, it seems the restaurant is always closed. I hope this isn't permanent!
First things first. I hope the owner does take a look at these reviews and is working to improve the place. I’m terms of service I have no complaints here. This was my first time here and they helped me out with recommendations and I did a create your own platter. I'm in love with New York Eats. Their dishes are always tasty and the portions are great. I will not order via a delivery service on the weekends, however. The food is rushed and it's sometimes delivered leaking or messy. I contribute that part mostly to the driver's handling of the order, but I can taste the difference in weekday NYE vs weekend NYE. I'm still a fan, I've just learned when to indulge.
