I went for lunch in a Saturday. $12.99 entree was like any average Chinese restaurant pepper steak. Way over priced for the quality and quantity. Service was almost rude. No water refill or check back. I won't be returning.
I'm not of Vietnamese descent. However I have tried nearly all the Bun bo hue in the DFW. In my honest opinion this place has the best bun bo hue over all. The soup base is just right with perfect amount shrimp paste and lemon grass, with perfectly balanced chilli paste. Came here on my lunch break because I noticed it while I was walking. Wonderful atmosphere, and the shaking beef (bò lúc lắc) was fantastic! Definitely going to be coming here again in the near future.
