If you're in a rush, stop and order to go. If you want to sit and eat... don't do it. Food used to be a lot better. Now, expensive and not very worth it. Plates are expensive, I used to go there because Tortillas are handmade, worth it. Feel sad why some Latin small businesses think you owe them something. ?
I actually really enjoyed these tacos the first time I went because the tortilla is home made and authentic. The only issue I have is that it is cash only and the customer service is not great. Besides that these are good tacos if you want an authentic homemade corn tortilla.

This (cash-only!!) fast casual taqueria features the best pastor I’ve ever had (I’ve had a lot). The tortillas are the best in dallas, maybe the entire state. I took my girlfriend to a 6 time James beard nominated taqueria in deep Ellum the day before we ate at La candelaria. She agreed that La candelaria is better. Best Quesadillas as well.
