Great experience. Cookies were really well done, place seemed a little deserted, took a little bit for somebody to come up to the front to help me. However, overall the experience was great and was able to celebrate a work anniversary.
2nd Experience:You'll see my first 1 star experience below, but I need to give credit to Tiff's. They offered to remake my order and it absolutely lived up to my expectations. I ordered 6 lemon and 6 oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and they came in 2 separate boxes and they were laid out so each cookie came out separately. They were delicious and not under baked like yesterday. Not sure why they put 12 cookies in one box yesterday but hopefully that doesn't happen again. Thanks...read full review

I visited Tiff's Treats in my neighborhood and the customer service was superb. As a member, I had a 25% off anniversary promo online only via email that the manager allowed me to use in store. I was very happy about this and the fact that these cookies are always fresh and absolutely delicious, made my day! Thank you Tiff's Treats!
