Se tardan mucho en atender se supone que es drive thru es para servicio rápido y siempre me dan la orden incompleta.They take a long time to take the order (drive thru) it's for quick service. Some how always they give me an incomplete order, I don't realize it until I'm home. they charge me for my full order. ?
Love the food this is not your normal fast food place this is literally like a restaurant they make the food in front of you. Nice manager and staff, great clean location. My favorite is the avocado salsa and crunchy taco.

Food was delicious, service was good but the girl that handled our order forgot a few items, and we didn’t realized until we got in the car and had to run back to grab the missing items. Other than that, it was good! Never disappointed with El Pollo Loco’s food, always hit the spot!
